Community Guidelines
Nexora protects legitimate conversation, educational discussion and shared entertainment.
Prohibited activity
- Spam, mass messaging and unsolicited promotional campaigns
- Fraud, scams, malicious, deceptive or prohibited abusive links
- Repeated unwanted contact, harassment and deliberate restriction evasion
- Serious abuse, exploitation, credible threats and violations of community safety rules
Confirmed violations
The first confirmed violation results in a 24 hour suspension of interactive features. Login, the enforcement notice and appeals remain available. A second confirmed violation of this policy after the first suspension ends results in permanent disablement following authorised review. Strike history does not reset on expiry.
Evidence and appeals
Suspicions are not confirmed violations. Permanent decisions require authorised evidence review, not a keyword or isolated automated classification. You may appeal incorrect decisions from your notice. Accepted appeals overturn the decision and restore access when no other valid restriction applies.
Shared devices or networks alone do not justify a ban. Nexora does not use invasive device tracking for enforcement.
