Acceptance and scope
These Terms apply to NEXORA Watch Party at https://nexorawatch.app. By creating an account or using interactive services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use those services. Verified legal operator details, contact information and governing jurisdiction require administrator completion. These Terms are not presented as lawyer reviewed.
Eligibility and registration
Supply accurate registration information and comply with verification. Social features require age onboarding and a minimum age of 16. Adult access requires additional safeguards; a declared birthday does not establish verified adult eligibility. Follow applicable law, parental authorization requirements and external provider age rules. Features may be limited where eligibility cannot be established.
Account security
Keep credentials confidential. Do not sell or impersonate accounts. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Report compromise to a verified operator contact once supplied. NEXORA never requests Netflix or Prime Video passwords. Do not collect credentials or bypass authentication or enforcement.
Acceptable use
Use NEXORA for lawful communication and entertainment. Spam, mass messaging, scams, fraud, malicious or deceptive links, prohibited abusive links, unsolicited advertising or affiliate campaigns, harassment, unwanted repeated contact, threats, exploitation, doxxing and restriction evasion are prohibited. Legitimate educational and harmless discussion is not a violation merely because an ambiguous word appears. Follow Community Guidelines at https://nexorawatch.app/community-guidelines. Dedicated supported media links are distinct from chat, where actionable external links are restricted.
Rooms and streaming
Respect hosts, admission, privacy and playback permissions. Private access needs approval where configured. Do not access others solo sessions or disclose private content without authority. Share only content you are entitled to share and understand what a captured surface exposes. Recipients may make copies outside NEXORA control. Capacity, device capabilities, network and infrastructure limit availability.
Messaging and social features
Private and room text and asynchronous voice notes follow safety and contact rules. Friendship does not exempt abuse limits. Blocking restricts contact. Chat supports audio notes, not general image or video attachments. Voice transcription and contextual review follow the Privacy Policy. Do not evade blocks through alternate accounts or rooms.
Copyright and submitted content
You retain rights you hold in content. You grant permission to process, store and transmit it as reasonably needed to provide the service and enforce safety, subject to law. Do not share content without authority. These Terms do not grant redistribution rights or DRM bypass permission. The operator must provide a verified contact for copyright and legal notices. Reports should identify relevant content and the basis of complaint without unnecessary personal information.
External providers and subscriptions
YouTube uses its official embedded player with restrictions and advertising preserved; library access needs your Google authorization. Netflix and Prime Video use official external links when account libraries are unavailable. Manual timing is a reference participants follow themselves, not external player control, guaranteed alignment or title access. Each viewer needs eligible subscription or access, including regional and age eligibility. Provider terms apply. NEXORA does not share subscriptions, extract cookies, bypass DRM or remove official advertisements.
Availability and limitations
Maintenance, faults, quotas, browsers, third parties and safety can interrupt or change availability. Synchronization depends on network and device conditions and is not guaranteed. Web app installation grants no native control over other apps. Offline mode does not provide streaming or messages. Unavailable or authorization dependent features are not promised working integrations.
Two strike enforcement
A first confirmed serious violation of the abuse policy mandates exactly 24 hours of suspension by server time. Login, notice review and appeals stay available; rooms, joining, streaming, media sharing, invitations, messages, voice notes and sending or accepting friend requests are blocked. Access resumes at expiry when no other valid restriction applies. Confirmed strike history does not reset.
A second confirmed violation of the same policy occurring after the first suspension ends results in permanent account termination of interactive access after reliable authorized review. Logging out and in does not remove termination. This applies regardless of account age, subscription, friendship or room ownership. Suspicions are separate from confirmed evidence. Permanent decisions are not based only on keywords or isolated automated classification. Shared devices and networks alone do not justify innocent users being banned.
Appeals and moderation
Temporary and permanent decisions may be appealed from the enforcement notice. Bounded appeals go to authorized staff. Incorrect decisions can be overturned, restoring access when no other valid restriction applies. Decision history and appeal outcomes are retained. Moderation does not entitle users to unrestricted access to others private communications.
Responsibility and liability
Use the service with reasonable care. To the extent allowed by law, availability is subject to stated limitations and no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or external content access. NEXORA is not responsible for provider restrictions or misuse outside its control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No monetary cap, jurisdiction or registered corporate status is asserted without verified information.
Changes and contact
You may stop using the platform and disconnect providers. Deletion requests follow Privacy Policy limitations. Administrators can publish updated Terms with effective dates and retained history, subject to law and required notice. A verified legal contact is not supplied; the operator must complete it for privacy, legal and copyright requests. Do not send sensitive information to invented addresses.
